When opportunity knocks, you answer! Executive Chef Michael Fiorianti from Satis Bistro asked if I would photograph some of the new Spring menu dishes. I quickly pounced on the opportunity to not only photograph his food, which in and of itself is art, but also to taste every item on the menu! WOW. Talk about an awesome job!
