HAPPY NEW YEAR from Childhood Unplugged!!! 2016 is already off with a bang for our family with a move in just a few days. We celebrated our last holiday together in our very first home so I decided to capture some of our favorite family traditions on Christmas Eve. Every Christmas Eve we bake cookies and brownies and hand deliver them to the neighbors before we attend Mass. My children absolutely love it and I think their very favorite part is ringing the doorbell and waiting with anticipation for them to open the door.

This year it was no different except the temperature was shockingly warm for this time of year so instead of wearing snowsuits while we walked around the neighborhood we didn’t even have to wear tights!!!
