Beautiful mama Lauren, her husband Kyle and daughter Payton welcomed a new baby sister a few weeks ago. I was honored when they asked if I could come to capture baby Charlotte Blake in an at home newborn photo session in their home in Glen Ridge, NJ. Sweet Payton is almost three years old and welcoming a new baby sister to the family is a big change, but Payton seems to be welcoming her with open arms. In fact, she calls her “My baby” and would periodically stake her claim on Charlotte, warming everyones heart and causing a room full of giggles. Upon my arrival I gave Payton a small camera of her own and when it was time for us to spend some time together in her and Charlotte’s room, she insisted on posing her own animals so she could capture them the same way I was photographing her. I am pretty sure I won’t be forgetting that moment!!!

I adore these lovely people and am filled with so much joy knowing how much happiness is in store as they grow into a family of 4!!! I look forward to our next session together!
